If so, I’m here to tell you there is a way forward and it will be simpler than you think.
I’m a certified personal trainer with over a decade of time dedicated to understanding how the body builds muscle and loses body fat. Through hundreds of hours of coaching one on one with clients, I have developed an approach to training clients that can be applied no matter the age, background or athletic ability. Every body and background is different; what we will do together is find the exercise and movements you enjoy doing.

MY APPROACH

Together we will go over nutrition science and concepts intensely until you fully understand the mechanisms that drive weight gain and how to control it. Ultimately after learning all of these concepts, you will walk away with a message- That food is a fuel that we must have a healthy relationship with.
In our sessions you’ll learn:
How metabolism works and how to use that knowledge to control your metabolism
How macro nutrients work and how calories work?
How to form positive food habits built around your life.

What we will do is create an active lifestyle plan and hold you accountable to it. This will
include what we do in the gym but also much more planned activity in your daily life. I take a well- rounded approach trying to improve
Full Body range of motion and flexibility
Heavy emphasis on total body strength training
Muscular imbalances and postural correction
Cardiovascular conditioning
This approach will put more pep in your step and make you stronger for all that life throws at you from a tough hike to just a day of walking around the mall- you’ll look good and feel good going it.
